Dress Code

Dress Code at LPS

At Lowcountry Prep, our dress code reflects the values of our school community—respect, readiness, and pride in presentation. Students are expected to dress in a way that supports a focused learning environment and conveys a sense of belonging and school spirit.

LPS students wear a coordinated school uniform that promotes equity and reinforces our shared identity. Our attire guidelines are designed to be simple, practical, and age-appropriate, allowing students to move comfortably throughout their day while maintaining a neat and modest appearance.

Students Typically Wear:

  • Navy blue, light blue, or white polo shirts with the official LPS logo
  • Navy, khaki, or white shorts, pants, skirts, skorts, or jumpers
  • Polo dresses in navy with the official logo
  • Approved spirit wear sweatshirts or logo outerwear
  • Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes (athletic shoes are encouraged for Lower and Middle School)
  • Hats are permitted outdoors, and students are encouraged to dress in ways that allow them to participate fully and confidently in school life. While individual guidelines may vary slightly by division, our overall dress expectations aim to foster school pride and maintain a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
Specific dress requirements for field trips, special events, or certain classes may be provided by faculty or administration in advance.
The mission of Lowcountry Preparatory School is to empower students to achieve their full potential by growing in faith and character to lead with integrity and serve with compassion.
