  • Small Class Size

We offer a rigorous academic program in a personal setting; a learning environment we proudly characterize as a small school with big opportunities.  Our vision is to be the premier college preparatory school in the area where students understand that who they are is just as important as what they know.  This dual focus of educating both the heart and the mind best prepares our students to chart their own unique paths in college and in life.
  • Compensation Packages

Lowcountry Preparatory School is committed to attracting and retaining outstanding employees by providing a comprehensive compensation package. A full-time benefits package includes medical insurance for which Lowcountry Prep contributes to the monthly premiums. Employees may also participate in the voluntary dental plan and vision plan.

Lowcountry Preparatory School is committed to educational excellence. To ensure that we meet and exceed those standards, faculty participate in all Lowcountry Prep  professional development programs. In addition, all employees are encouraged to seek out individual opportunities for professional development and present to the Dean of Teaching and Learning for approval.

All full-time employees are eligible for 50% tuition remission for their children who attend Lowcountry Preparatory School. Faculty and staff may also apply for need-based financial aid.
