The mission of the Leadership Institute is three-fold:
(1) To offer age-appropriate curriculum in leadership studies for all students;
(2) To bring a diverse array of leaders to campus for speeches and workshop; and
(3) To integrate community service and civic engagement to instill a lifelong commitment to service leadership
